Calling it āpole fitnessā erases (or at least shies away from) the art, history, and cultural roots of pole danceāand weāre not about that.
Pole Dance is More Than a Workout
Yes, pole will get you strong as hell. Yes, itās an amazing way to move your body. But when you focus only on the fitness aspect, you lose sight of everything else that makes it so incredible.

For a long time, people (and even studios) have been afraid to call it pole danceāas if the word itself carries shame. But there is nothing shameful about dancing, moving, or owning your body.
Pole dance is sensual, athletic, powerful, expressive, fluid, and strongāall at the same time. And it deserves to be recognised as exactly that.
