OUR CLASSES

❤️ Intro to Pole

Let's get started on your new hobby! Intro to Pole will give you a run down of the basics to help you get the hang of simple spins and tricks. You don't need any experience and our instructor will take you through a warm up so you can perform safely.

❤️ Beginner 1

Beginner 1 is suitable for those who have never done pole or are very early on in their pole journey. Not only will you continue to learn tricks, spins and climbs, you will be introduced to strength and conditioning to help you feel strong and confident in your moves.

❤️ Beginner 2

Beginner 2 will start to decrease your contact points with the pole and take you through tricks further up the pole to grow your confidence. There are lots of spins, poses, tricks and combinations to wrap your head round, with a qualified instructor guiding you at every step.

This class is for those who have completed the fundamental tricks in Beginner 1.

❤️ Intermediate 1

Time to go upside down! Intermediate 1 is for those who are just getting comfortable upside down. It can take a while to build strength for this, so your instructor will guide you through the right warm ups and strength exercises to get you inverted safely. You will also learn different holds and tricks with less contact points.

You must have completed the fundamentals of Beginner 2 to attend this class.

❤️ Intermediate 2

This class is designed for our strong intermediate students who are confident upside down and are ready to tackle those 'hands only' moves. Expect strength training and challenging combos. You must have completed the fundamentals of Intermediate 1 to attend this class.

❤️ Elements Choreo Workshop

Let’s get dancing! This 2 hour workshop will take you through a combination of dance and tricks with the pole. Each session is a new song that our instructors have chosen to give you a great choreography experience!

❤️ Beginner Spin

An introduction to spin pole, where you’ll learn how to control momentum and execute elegant movements.

❤️ Intermediate Spin

More complex spins, tricks, and combos on spin pole for those who already have spin experience.

❤️ Flexibility

Flexibility classes are for all students at any level of flexibility. Each session will have a focal point of the body. The class will include some gentle resistance training to support strong and flexible muscles.

❤️ Stretch & Tone

A blend of flexibility and strength training. This class is designed for all fitness levels and combines gentle stretching exercises with targeted toning moves and cardiovascular activities to help you build muscle, improve posture, and support stamina.
Dynamic stretches, resistance training, and core-strengthening exercises. Each week we will focus on different areas of the body, aim to reduce muscle tension, increase your range of motion. Whether you’re looking to enhance your performance, prevent injuries, or simply feel more limber, this class has something for you.

Our Baby-Friendly Pole Dancing Class is a relaxed, supportive space where parents can focus on their fitness while keeping their little ones close. With quieter music and a laid-back vibe, it's perfect for those who want to get active without worrying about disrupting a class. Babies in strollers or carriers are always welcome, making it easy to build strength and flexibility while enjoying some time for yourself.

A self-led session where you can practice tricks, combos, and routines at your own pace. Perfect for refining skills, working on strength and flow, or just having fun! An instructor will be present for safety, but no structured teaching will be provided.

One-on-one or small group sessions tailored to your goals.

❤️ Studio Hire

Need a space to train, rehearse, or film? Our studio is available for private hire.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Each 60-minute class follows a structured flow to help you build strength, technique, and confidence:

  • Warm-Up & Conditioning – Dynamic movement, mobility drills, and core work to prepare your body.
  • Progressions & Combos – Working towards a pole shape, trick, or transition, plus linking movements together.
  • 5-Minute Free Practice – Your chance to refine anything from class or ask your instructor for help.
  • Cool-Down & Stretching – Essential recovery to keep you feeling strong and flexible.
